The service

Free, and provided as-is

The tools are available without charge and without a service agreement. A result can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for a form, exam, or official document. Check anything important before you rely on it.

A white or blue portrait background is a convenience. It is not a promise that an office will accept the photo.

Limits

What a few tools do not do

• The JWT decoder shows the header and payload. It does not verify the signature.
• The hash generator is for checksums and fixtures. Do not use it to store new passwords.
• The password generator creates a value in your browser and does not store it. Keep it in a password manager.

Your use

You are responsible for what you process

Do not use the site to break the law, to infringe someone else’s rights, or to reach a system you do not own. KeptTools may change or remove a tool at any time.

To the extent the law allows, KeptTools is not liable for loss from using the tools or from being unable to use them. Some places do not allow certain limits, and those laws still apply.
