What happens to information when you use KeptTools. The short version: the tools run in your browser, and the site does not ask for an account.
Your files
Text and images stay on your device
JSON, SQL, tokens, passwords, and pictures are processed in the browser. KeptTools does not receive that material. Closing the page clears the working copy.
The portrait tool downloads a segmentation model the first time you change a background, so it can separate the person from the backdrop. That download does not include your photo.
The server
Ordinary request logs
The host may keep standard logs: IP address, browser type, date, and the page you opened. Those logs are for security and operations. They are not a record of what you typed into a tool.
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google to fetch the font files.
Cookies
A cookie for site security
KeptTools sets a session cookie so security checks on the site can work. It is not used to follow you across other websites.
